Carbon Fiber High Gloss Woven Sheets

ACP’s proprietary Autoclave curing process produces the most consistent and highest quality gloss carbon fiber laminates possible. These laminates are cured at a high temperature and pressure. Unlike vacuum bagging, which only generates a maximum of 14 psi, ACP’s Autoclave process cures laminates at 100 psi and 275° F. ACP's high gloss panel is an outstanding decorative laminate with a deep, glossy, three dimensional finish. These 1st quality panels are manufactured with a clear, resin-rich carbon pre-preg resulting in a smooth, low porosity laminate with a mirror-like finish. A clear coat is not necessary to enhance the surface appearance of this laminate.

All High Gloss Twill Carbon Fiber Sheets have the following tolerances:

• Thickness .008", .020": +/- .005"
• Thickness .039" and above: +/- .015"
• Length/Width: +/- .25"
