ACP's Fiberglass Sheet is a solid, cured fiberglass and epoxy sheet. Ideal for pattern templates, surface sheeting or anywhere a flat, smooth fiberglass laminate is required. Since it is manufactured with only fiberglass pre-preg, glass ply is an ideal reinforcement without the mess and added weight of a wet layup.

This fiberglass plate is manufactured with a black pigment added to the epoxy resin leaving a "look" of a flat black carbon fiber laminate without the additional cost.

 Carbon Fiber/Foam Sheet - .090" x 8.5” x 10” ACP's Carbon Fiber/Rohacell 51 Foam sheet is made from top quality carbon fiber in our 190 ton laminating press. Carbon Fiber ply with 1/8” Rohacell foam core. The 0/90 orientation that provides a stiff, dense laminate that is perfect for structural applications.

• They have a flat black finish on one side, .002" aluminum on the other. The aluminum may be peeled off if needed.

The Woven Carbon Fiber laminate is a bi-directional carbon fiber plate manufactured using a plain weave prepreg.

ACP’s proprietary Autoclave curing process produces the most consistent and highest quality gloss carbon fiber laminates possible. These laminates are cured at a high temperature and pressure. Unlike vacuum bagging, which only generates a maximum of 14 psi, ACP’s Autoclave process cures laminates at 100 psi and 275° F. ACP's high gloss panel is an outstanding decorative laminate with a deep, glossy, three dimensional finish. These 1st quality panels are manufactured with a clear, resin-rich carbon pre-preg resulting in a smooth, low porosity laminate with a mirror-like finish. A clear coat is not necessary to enhance the surface appearance of this laminate.

All High Gloss Twill Carbon Fiber Sheets have the following tolerances:

• Thickness  +/- .005"
• Length/Width: +/- .25"
