A gravity-driven, adjustable-ratio mechanism guarantees a constant uniform airfoil for both straight or tapered wings and stabilizers giving you precision demanded by many kit manufacturers. True wire tracking the proprietary art that places Feather/Cut ahead of the rest. Micro-adjustable weights and a three-point tracking system insure incredible results every time.

Our hot wire bows are offered in 3 sizes and have a throat depth of 10". Each comes complete with the hardware to operate with the Feather/Cut or can be operated independently. All Bows are blue anodized aluminum and come with a set of Red Heads.
- 28” Foldbow is ideal for various foam cutting chores around the shop.
- 40” Foldbow is ideal for wings with panels up to 36”.
- 52” Foldbow is ideal for wings with panels up to 48”.
To use the Bow alone: You need the Interconnect Wire Set and a Power Supply. The Interconnect Wire Set connects the Power supply to the Bow.

The Thermal Generator is designed exclusively for the Feather/Cut machine for years of trouble free service. Tekoa's new Thermal/Generator has 25% more power and is Digitally Controlled for precise wire temperature control. Now you can accurately dial in and control wire temperature. This precision combined with the new and increased Thermal/Generator 30 volt power capacity smoothly glides through the foam. Additional Interconnect Wire Set (T-12A) is also available.
- To use the thermal generator with a European outlet and voltage system, you need to have both the proper outlet adapter as well as a voltage converter.

The Red Heads are hot wire retainers that attach to the end of the Feather/Cut foldbow spring rods. They feature locking screws to attach the T-370 hot wire. Simple and convenient, the Red Heads are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with an internal diameter honed to a vacuum fit to the spring rods. Features a jewel-like red anodized finish.
- Note: You must glue the Red Heads onto the ends of the spring rods of the Hot Wire Bows to avoid losing the Red Heads.

CompuFoil 2000 is the industry standard in airfoil modification and plotting software. Used by SIG, Midwest Models, Great Planes Models, NASA, dozens of schools, colleges, universities and modelers around the world. A complete rib, template plotting and airfoil editing system. The programs provides the best possible templates for use with the Feather/Cut. CompuFoil runs on Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, XP/2000.It will also run on NT, and Macintosh computers with a PC emulator, but these two require a custom setup program.

Sizzle/Wire
- Designed to operate at a high temperature where speed of cutting is important as in most industrial applications due to its strength and durability.
- Wire is sold in 10' lengths.
Inconel Hot Wire
- . 014” Inconel/Copper Coated. The best hot wire for cutting EPP Foam because of the copper coating the wire will not snag the EPP or SPYDER Foam. Also can be run hotter with less stretch than the standard wire.
- Wire is sold in 8' lengths.
