- How to Cut & Fold Honeycomb Sandwich Panels. Please note that you may need to fixture it to hold it tight while the adhesive is curing when using a 2 ply panel.

Tech Tips
|
- Sandwich panels can de-laminate easily if not properly handled. If de-lamination occurs, skins may be re-bonded using Epoxy or CA glue.
- Cutting the panel can be done with a cut off wheel or a Tungsten Carbide Saber Saw. Do not cut with a band saw.
