Over-Expanded Cell Aramid Honeycomb has a rectangular cell shape, thereby allowing the core to flex in one direction easily. Like the standard cell honeycomb, it is a lightweight, high strength, nonmetallic honeycomb manufactured from Aramid fiber paper. It is coated with a heat resistant phenolic resin to increase its strength.
