RETURNS:Returns are acceptable within 30 days of invoice date if: (i) it is in new condition, suitable for resale and with all its original parts and (ii) it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged, and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom orders, sale/clearance items or cut yardage and/or any products cut at customer request are non-refundable.
Buyer must always contact Seller to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please state the reason for return request, the order number, invoice number, and ship date. RMA number must be clearly marked on all returned items. RMA’s expire 30 days after date of issuance. Please contact us at 800-811-2009 to request and RMA.
CANCELATION: The Buyer can cancel an order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancelations granted after this time frame are subject to a 15% processing/restocking fee. If cancelation is requested for custom orders, the Seller must notify the Buyer in a sensible time frame. Dependent on order status, charges may be applicable for labor and/or material costs. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason seen as appropriate.
