ACP’s Carbon Fiber 1 Ply Plain Weave/ Honeycomb sandwich panels are manufactured by bonding layers of self-adhesive carbon pre-preg to an aramid honeycomb core. The plain weave panel consists of 3 PCF density, 1/8 cell aramid honeycomb core in 1/8”, 1/4” or 1/2” thicknesses with a single layer of 3K plain weave carbon on each side.
